She is a Black Witch from the Witch School that Gyubid went to and was two years behind her. She has an alternate human form named Momo, Megu's cousin. She is also a recurring protaganist as of Episode 14. She is very polite and responsible. After sealing Kyou's magic, she decides to stay at Chiyoko's house to continue training with Gyubid. Her name 桃花 (tōka) means "peach".
